We’re handing you the keys to a van worth over £80,000. That’s not something we take lightly. We expect you to look after it — and in return, we make sure you never feel let down.
These vans are our livelihood and our passion. Every one of them has been rebuilt by hand to an extremely high standard. We don’t cut corners on the things that matter — power, water, heating, safety, or comfort — because we know what it’s like to be hundreds of miles from home when something goes wrong.
No matter how well we prepare a van, real life sometimes intervenes. A mechanical issue. A stone through a window. A last-minute problem we couldn’t have predicted.
That’s why we keep one van completely off the books.
Hulk isn’t available to book. You can’t choose him. He doesn’t appear on the website.
He’s our permanent reserve vehicle — the one we keep in the background at all times, fully prepared and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
If anything happens to your van — either before you collect it or while you’re out on the road — we’ll give you Hulk instead.
And here’s the thing: Hulk is our most capable van. He’s the toughest, best-equipped vehicle in the fleet. If you end up with him, don’t be disappointed. You’ve just been given the van we trust most when things get difficult.
Handing over a vehicle like this isn’t a casual transaction. We need to know that the people taking it away understand what they’re responsible for.
That’s why we do proper pre-check-in. Not just for your convenience, but so we can have a real conversation before we hand over the keys. We want to know about your experience, your plans, your dogs, and anything else that helps us feel confident you’ll look after the van the way we would.
We don’t promise you’ll never have a problem. That would be dishonest.
What we promise is this: if something does go wrong, we will move heaven and earth to make it right — and you will never be left stranded because we ran out of vans or ran out of care.
