You can enquire about any tour directly on the tour page. We’ll get in touch to confirm availability and walk you through the next steps. There’s no public booking calendar — we prefer to talk to you first so we can match you with the right van and trip.

We usually ask for a deposit to secure your dates. The balance is due 30 days before departure. We’ll confirm the exact amounts and payment schedule when we confirm your booking.

A few weeks before your trip you’ll complete a short online check-in. You can upload any documents we need and let us know about specific requirements (dietary needs, dog preferences, etc.). This means there’s very little paperwork when you arrive.

Yes. You can have shopping delivered to our depot before you arrive and we’ll load it into your van. It’s one of the small details that makes a big difference on day one.

Yes. Every van meets our full hardware standard (5kWh EcoFlow power, Starlink, proper water filtration, high-quality heating, etc.). Each van then has its own personality and signature features on top of that. You can see the full specification on our Luxuries page.

All our vans are designed for 2 adults plus dogs. Some are more spacious than others, but none are built for more than two adults.

Yes. Properly. Every van has dedicated pet zones, secure tether points, easy-clean surfaces, and external tie-outs. We also carry PitPat GPS trackers if you’d like one. We don’t just allow dogs — we design around them.

Yes. Many people add extra nights once they’re on the road. Just call us and we’ll sort it. We’ll settle up the difference when you return.

Scotland in winter can be dramatic. All our vans are properly insulated with good heating, so you’ll be comfortable even in bad weather. We’ll also help you adjust your plans if needed — we’d rather you have a brilliant trip than stick rigidly to an itinerary that no longer makes sense.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are charged at 50%. Cancellations within 30 days are charged in full. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
