A comfortable place to arrive
We’ve deliberately kept things relaxed. When you arrive you’ll be greeted with a proper welcome, a hot drink, and time to get your bearings before we talk through your van and the trip ahead.
The space is warm, practical, and designed for people who are about to head off on an adventure — not a corporate depot. You’ll have somewhere comfortable to sit while we go through everything, and we’ll make sure you’re fully ready before you drive away.
Most guests arrive the day before their tour starts, giving them time to settle in and get excited.
Well connected, easy to reach

- Easy access from the M8 and M9 motorways
- Good public transport links into the city if you want to explore beforehand
- Plenty of parking on site for the duration of your trip

What to expect when you arrive
Pre-check-in
Complete your check-in online before you travel. Upload any required documents and let us know about specific requirements or preferences through your account.
Pre-loading Service
Have shopping or supplies delivered to our depot in advance. We’ll load everything into your van so it’s ready to go the moment you arrive.
Arrival & Check-in
We aim for a calm, unrushed experience. You’ll have time to ask questions, get familiar with your van, and load your luggage properly.
Briefing
We’ll walk you through the van’s systems, off-grid setup, and any specific details for your chosen tour. Nothing is rushed.
Getting on the road
Once you’re happy and everything is loaded, you’re free to head off whenever you’re ready. We’re here to support you, not to hurry you out the door.
