Boof looks intimidating until you meet him. Then he just wants to lie in the sun with you and your dog while the world goes by.
Boof started life as a working VW Transporter and now spends his retirement doing what he was always meant for — carrying people and dogs deep into wild places.
We rebuilt him with substantial upcycled materials and a very capable off-grid system, including hybrid energy for heating and hot water, plus water filtration that can turn river or loch water into drinking water. The rear pet zone is properly thought out — secure, easy to clean, and generous enough for big dogs who’ve had a long day on the hill.
He’s the van for those who want real capability without sacrificing comfort. He’s not trying to be flashy. He’s just very, very good at getting you (and your dogs) to the places that actually feel remote.
