Dobbie started life as a working VW Transporter and now gets to spend his retirement on far more interesting roads. We rebuilt him with a clever mix of upcycled materials and a highly capable off-grid system — hybrid power for heating and hot water, plus water filtration that can handle wild sources.
He’s compact, clever, and constantly surprising people with how much he can do. The storage is borderline magical. He’s the van you take when you want to reach places that bigger vans can’t, without giving up real comfort or proper off-grid independence.
He’s cheeky, capable, and genuinely loves being out in the world. If vans could wink, Dobbie would be doing it constantly.
